Rock Rapids Municipal Housing Agency consists of 36 apartments within 17 different buildings located on both the east and west ends of Rock Rapids. There are playgrounds located at each location.
We have twenty 2 bedroom units, thirteen 3 bedroom units, and three 4 bedroom units. We currently have three units with accessibility features for persons with disabilities.
Our units are spacious and are newly remodeled. Our units include central heating & cooling, washer and dryer hook-ups, stove, and refrigerator. Utility allowances are included in housing.
